Spice Up Your Scalp for Faster Hair Growth

Taken internally, the hot spices improve blood circulation. Applied on the scalp, the spices increase the blood flow through the hair follicle and the blood delivers vital nutrients for faster and fuller hair growth.

10 drops of Capsicum essential oil

Pour the oils into a dark glass bottle.

For hair loss
5 tablespoons of vodka
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of almond oil
Mix the ingredients and apply onto the scalp with circular motions. Keep massaging the scalp a few minutes and wash with shampoo.

For faster growth and darkening gray hair
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons of bee honey
1 tablespoon of castor oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Mix the slightly heated oils, the honey and the spice. Apply to the scalp and strands. Do not cover! Wash with shampoo after 20 minutes.

For fuller, thicker hair
10 grams of gelatin
2 tablespoons of Jojoba oil
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Mix the gelatin with some water. When it is well soaked and the water is absorbed, add the oil and the spice.
Apply to the scalp and hair and wash after 20 minutes.

Homemade hair masks with black pepper

For darker hair
½ teaspoon of powered black pepper
1 cup of yoghurt
Massage the scalp and spread to the length of the hair. Leave it for an hour and wash with shampoo.

For all hair types
4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of powdered black pepper
½ teaspoon of orange juice
Apply to the scalp and massage about ten minutes. Then spread to the length of the strands and stay another ten minutes. Shampoo and style as usual.

DIY hair mask with mustard seeds
2 tablespoons of powdered mustard seeds
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of hot water
First mix the spice with the egg yolk, then add the oil, and finally add the liquid.
Apply the mask to the scalp and cover your head with a shower cap while it is still warm. Wash with shampoo after 15 minutes.
Mustard seeds stimulate hair growth and regulate sebum secretion.

Homemade final hair rinse
To 1 liter of lukewarm spring or mineral water add 10 drops of your favorite essential oils. After shampooing and conditioning, pour the scalp with the liquid. Do not rinse.
