Spirulina, chlorella, blue-green algae, wheat grass, barley grass, green leafy vegetables, all these foods are called Green superfoods. The superfoods are immensely beneficial for the overall human health, for glowing skin and of course for healthy hair. They supply the body with easily digestible vitamins, minerals, fats and amino acids. They are rich in chlorophyl, which increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood.

Spirulina is a cultivated freshwater single-celled algae which provides excellent amounts of proteins, Beta-Carotene, Vitamin B-12, Chlorophyll, RNA, DNA, GLA fatty acids, cell salts, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. In fact, spirulina is the richest green superfood of protein, beta-carotene and vitamin B-12 which is what you needs for healthy growing, soft, smooth and shiny hair.

Chlorella is a freshwater green microalgae and is rich in proteins, vitamin C, vitamin E, Mixed Carotenoids, and contains full spectrum B vitamins, many minerals, trace elements, essential fats, etc. Chlorella is the richest source of chlorophyll and is known as "Nature's Perfect Food".
