What are green superfoods?

Spirulina, chlorella, blue-green algae, wheat grass, barley grass, green leafy vegetables, all these foods are called Green superfoods. The superfoods are immensely beneficial for the overall human health, for glowing skin and of course for healthy hair. They supply the body with easily digestible vitamins, minerals, fats and amino acids. They are rich in chlorophyl, which increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood.
